Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing, building, and configuring applications according to project requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters, providing guidance and support to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the application meets the desired functionality and performance standards. - Manage the application development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. - Ensure that the application is delivered on time and within budget, meeting all quality standards. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise during the development process. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the application design and development process. - Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the application, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and train junior professionals, providing guidance and support to help them enhance their skills and knowledge. - Additional Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the application with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure. - Experience in developing and deploying applications on Azure, utilizing services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, and Azure App Service. - Knowledge of data storage and management solutions in Azure, including Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Cosmos DB. - Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes, using tools like Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience in working with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark. - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
