Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring the applications are aligned with business needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members. With your expertise in Collibra Data Governance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data governance best practices are implemented and maintained within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Design and implement software solutions using Collibra Data Governance. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and performance. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Collibra Data Governance. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance. - Experience in designing and building applications based on business process and application requirements. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. - Knowledge of data modeling and database design concepts. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with data quality management and data lineage. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
