You will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions and ensuring their successful implementation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, coding, testing, and debugging applications. You will also provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring the delivery of efficient and scalable applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design application architecture. - Code, test, and debug applications to ensure high-quality software solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Ensure the delivery of efficient and scalable applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot and Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
