Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: Candidate needs to have mandatory exp. of Tibco Administration & should be capable to provide L2 operations on middleware tools. Roles & Responsibilities: Mandatory skill Tibco Administration Strong Knowledge in administering and maintaining Active MQ/Tibco EMS environments, including installation, configuration. Strong Knowledge in Maintenance and Monitoring instances to ensure smooth. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and patch management. Should have an experience in Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to ActiveMQ/Tibco EMS brokers and client applications. Hands on experience on SSL configuration / administration Professional & Technical Skills: - Installation and Configuration: Install and configure ActiveMQ/Tibco EMS on various platforms (Windows, Linux, etc.). Configure ActiveMQ/Tibco EMS brokers, clusters, and networks of brokers for high availability and scalability. - Maintenance and Monitoring: Monitor ActiveMQ/Tibco EMS instances to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance, implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track the health and performance of ActiveMQ/Tibco EMS brokers. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and patch management. - Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to ActiveMQ/Tibco EMS brokers and client applications. Provide support to development teams in integrating ActiveMQ/Tibco EMS into their applications. Address performance bottlenecks and optimize message throughput. - Security: Implement security best practices to secure ActiveMQ/Tibco EMS brokers and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Manage user authentication and authorization using JAAS (Java Authentication and Authorization Service) or other security frameworks. - Development Support: Collaborate with development teams to design and implement messaging solutions that meet business requirements. Assist in developing message-driven applications using JMS (Java Message Service) or other messaging APIs. - Hands on experience on SSL configuration / administration Additional Information: IBM Message Queue
