Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions using ServiceNow IT Service Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow IT Service Management workflows, forms, and reports. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow IT Business Management, and ServiceNow IT Asset Management. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow IT Service Management best practices. - Experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow IT Service Management workflows, forms, and reports. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
