You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and objectives. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in driving the success of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Lead the design and development of application solutions. - Configure and customize applications to meet business needs. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timeline and budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Retirement Planning Services. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of application configuration and customization. - Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for application development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Experience with application integration and data migration. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 Year fulltime education is required.
