Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner for SAP HANA DB Administration, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and deep product knowledge to accurately define and resolve issues. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients and ensuring our world-class systems are running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing support to clients for SAP HANA DB Administration, accurately defining and interpreting issues to design and implement effective solutions. - Interface with clients to ensure exceptional communication and understanding of their needs. - Utilize deep product knowledge to provide quality support and keep systems running smoothly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with clients. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HANA DB Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP HANA Studio. - Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and administration. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP HANA DB issues. - Experience in SAP HANA backup and recovery. - Solid grasp of SAP HANA security and authorization concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
