Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Develop and implement project plans. - Monitor project progress and address any issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in delivering successful projects within budget and timeline. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Good To Have Skills: Graduate PostGraduate MBA will be good to have.
