Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for SUSE Linux Administration and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SUSE Linux Administration and troubleshoot issues in critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Ensure smooth functioning of the systems by monitoring and maintaining system performance. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems and processes. - Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SUSE Linux Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in critical business systems. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies. - Experience in scripting languages such as Shell or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
