Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet the project's objectives. - Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the project's progress. - Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Python. - Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
