Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Microsoft 365 system or application. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. Your role will involve accurately defining client issues and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on our clients' experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and inquiries. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. - Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 updates and enhancements. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based technologies. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and their functionalities. - Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for Microsoft 365 issues. - Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange Online. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Proactive Tagging education is required.
