Job Description

Project Role : Infrastructure Engineer
Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts.
Must have skills : Oracle Database Administration
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and designing effective solutions based on your deep product knowledge of Oracle Database Administration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. - Accurately define client issues and interpret and design effective solutions based on deep product knowledge of Oracle Database Administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution of client issues. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues, utilizing ticketing systems and other tools as required. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other database technologies such as MySQL or SQL Server. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. - Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles. - Experience with database backup and recovery procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
