Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills : SAP HCM On Premise ABAP
Good to have skills : SAP ABAP Development
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : BE or Equivalent

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of SAP HCM On Premise ABAP solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM On Premise ABAP solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP development. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM On Premise ABAP architecture and functionality. - Experience in designing and developing custom SAP HCM On Premise ABAP solutions. - Knowledge of SAP HCM On Premise ABAP integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HCM On Premise ABAP programs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A BE or Equivalent degree is required.
