Project Role : Performance Engineer
Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. Your typical day will involve working on the five aspects of Performance Engineering, including software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution. You will play a crucial role in optimizing IT performance and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct in-depth analysis of performance issues and identify root causes. - Develop and implement performance testing strategies and methodologies. - Perform capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance. - Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IT Performance Optimization. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture. - Experience in performance testing and validation. - Knowledge of capacity planning techniques. - Familiarity with application performance management tools. - Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in IT Performance Optimization. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
