Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design, and utilizing Network Analytics to provide dynamic solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and solving issues within multiple components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and standard operating procedures. - Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and information architectures, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Analytics. - Solid understanding of technology and information architectures. - Experience in technical support for critical business systems. - Experience in the design and implementation of new systems and applications.
