You will act as the primary point of contact and work with a team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your typical day will involve leading the team, designing and implementing ETL testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing and implementing ETL testing strategies for data warehouse applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including working with developers, business analysts, and project managers. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing regular updates to stakeholders and managing project timelines. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SQL, Unix, and Shell Scripting. - Experience in leading teams and managing projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
