Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with data modeling techniques and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex data models using data modeling techniques and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of impactful data-driven solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models, data dictionaries, and other relevant documentation. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data modeling techniques and methodologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in data modeling techniques and methodologies. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of complex data models. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. - Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices. - Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. - Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage. - Experience with data analysis and data profiling tools such as SAS or Informatica Data Quality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in data modeling techniques and methodologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
