Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are developed to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and testing and debugging the applications. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand the business process and application requirements. - Design and build applications that meet the specified requirements. - Configure the applications to ensure they align with the business process. - Test and debug the applications to ensure they are functioning correctly. - Ensure the quality and performance of the applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration and data migration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development. - Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud. - Experience with Salesforce Communities and Marketing Cloud. - Recommendation: Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 Year Full Time Education is required.
