Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform to develop innovative solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and implementing customized applications to enhance user experience and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and customize applications using Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience and drive business growth. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and quality. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Strong understanding of Salesforce development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and building custom applications using Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling and database concepts. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience. - Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions for different industries. - Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud. - Experience with Salesforce Communities and Marketing Cloud. - Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing settings. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - This position is based in Nagpur. - A 15 years of fulltime education is required.
