Job Description

Project Role : Software Development Lead
Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Must have skills : SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and configuration of software systems for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software systems. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure the successful delivery of software systems. - Ensure adherence to software development best practices, standards, and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, and SAP ECC. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools. - Experience in leading software development teams. - Experience in software development life cycle management. - Experience in software development best practices, standards, and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
