Summary: As a Business Function Implementation Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. Your typical day will involve analyzing and interpreting complex data sets using SAP CO Product Cost Controlling and ensuring alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. - Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business function activities. - Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful delivery of business function activities. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to business function implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP PP. - Strong understanding of business processes and requirements related to the specific business function. - Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business administration, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for the specific business function. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
