Summary: As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and driving data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Define and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage. - Drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. - Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, including data quality, metadata management, and data lineage. - Provide guidance and support to business and technical teams on data governance best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure Analytics Services, and Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation. - Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks, including data quality, metadata management, and data lineage. - Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage. - Experience in driving data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Data Governance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data governance solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
