Summary: As an Application Developer for SAP HCM Payroll, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with SAP HCM Payroll, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions. - Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business process and application requirements, ensuring data quality and integrity. - Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Payroll and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HCM Time Management and Personnel Administration. - Solid understanding of SAP HCM Payroll modules and related technologies. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business process and application requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
