Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. - Assess the current state of the organization, gathering and synthesizing information to identify customer requirements and define the future state and/or business solution. - Design and implement business processes and systems, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Communicate project status and findings to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity and impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. - Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement. - Provide support during testing and implementation phases of projects. - Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance(including testing),to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle -Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong functional knowledge of ALIP Life & Annuity. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools such as Visio or ARIS. - Experience in analyzing and designing business processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Must To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP), Life Insurance background, Worked on Product Policy Management and Life Annuity Product. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in designing and implementing solutions to meet business needs. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Good analytical and debugging skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. -LOMA certification added advantage Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ALIP Life & Annuity Functional. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
