Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP Project System (PS) applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Project System (PS) applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including security and data privacy requirements. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Project System (PS) development and configuration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Activate methodology. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including Agile development methodologies. - Experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS) development and configuration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
