Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures, utilizing good-to-have skills in account management to enhance customer satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure service management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in account management. - Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent documentation and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
