Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management tools. - Experience in leading software development teams. - Strong understanding of software development best practices and principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
