Job Description

Project Role : Software Development Lead
Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Must have skills : SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC)

Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) technology. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software systems for clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in the development and configuration of software systems using SAP GRC technology. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software systems for clients. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) technology. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other SAP modules such as SAP FI, SAP CO, and SAP MM. - Experience in leading a team of developers in the development and configuration of software systems. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools. - Experience in ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) technology. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
