Job Description

Project Role : Application Developer
Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills : User Experience (UX) Design
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on User Experience (UX) Design and ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and intuitive. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of User Experience (UX) Design principles and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Experience in designing interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered design solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
