Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project success. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Implement innovative solutions to enhance application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development principles. - Experience in building scalable and reliable applications. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years of education mandatory is required.
