Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed according to the specified standards and guidelines. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business requirements, designing and developing the application, and conducting testing and debugging to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and test applications according to the specified standards and guidelines. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Understanding of cloud platforms and services such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
