The role is responsible for leading the technical delivery of AI-driven web applications, ensuring high-quality full-stack architecture and seamless execution across development teams. This includes translating business requirements into clear technical designs, coordinating between developers, AI engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders, and maintaining strong technical documentation and delivery standards. The position requires providing regular updates to leadership, resolving cross-team dependencies, and aligning technical solutions with business goals. The ideal candidate brings solid full-stack understanding, Azure cloud knowledge, and proven experience in leading product or solution delivery in AI or cloud-native environments. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight - Own the technical delivery of AI-based web applications which have full stack base. Conduct regular technical reviews with developers to ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to design patterns. 2. Requirements Translation & Solution Design - Collaborate with Functional Leads / Business Analysts or Business POCs to understand business needs. Convert functional requirements into technical specifications, user flows, and development-ready tasks. 3. Cross-Team Coordination - Act as the central coordination point between SDE Full Stack Developers, AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business SPOCs and Scrum master. Resolve ambiguity and ensure all teams understand requirements, task boundaries, and dependencies. 4. Technical Documentation & Standards – Work with developers to create and maintain Technical design documents, Module-level integration diagrams, Developer guidelines and Work with developers and scrum master for Release notes and versioning documentation 5. Stakeholder Communication - Provide regular technical updates to leadership and project managers, Translate complex technical issues into clear language for non-technical stakeholders, Drive alignment across business expectations, product roadmap, and engineering capabilities. Skills & Qualifications:- Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of full-stack development (C#, .NET, APIs, React/JS preferred) — coding not required, but must understand code structure and patterns. Should have Product Development lead experience Familiarity with Azure services (App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI). Good to have understanding of: Vector DBs / embeddings / retrieval systems Agentic frameworks and orchestration Event-driven architecture API design and microservices Good knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD, Git branching, and release workflows. Experience:- 7–12 years total experience Minimum 3+ years in a techno-functional, technical product, solution delivery, or technical lead role Exposure to AI-based applications, large-scale enterprise platforms, or cloud-native solutions Education:- 15 years of full-time education
