Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of applications for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the continuous improvement of application development processes. - Contribute to the documentation of application design and development. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - Strong understanding of business process and application requirements. - Experience in designing and developing applications. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C#. - Familiarity with database management systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A BE degree is required.
