Job Description Overview We are looking for a senior analyst who can leverage PowerBI, Power APP and ITIL service management tools to deliver data-driven insights and solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, as well as strong communication and client handling skills. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI and Power APP reports and dashboards that meet client requirements and expectations. Analyze data from various sources and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and processes. Apply ITIL service management best practices to ensure quality, reliability, and availability of data and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions that add value. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Provide training and support to end-users on PowerBI and Power APP functionalities and features. Qualifications 5 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using PowerBI and Power APP. Proficient in ITIL service management framework and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at various levels. Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
