Summary: As an Application Lead for Software Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Informatica MDM and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Informatica MDM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Informatica MDM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle, SQL Server, and Unix/Linux. - Solid understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts. - Experience in designing and implementing complex data integration solutions. - Strong understanding of ETL concepts and experience in designing and developing ETL workflows. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Informatica MDM solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Informatica MDM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
