Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve efficiency. - Define parts of the organization to enhance performance. - Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and services. - Experience in implementing and managing PaaS solutions. - Knowledge of business process analysis and design methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - This position is based in Noida. - An MBA degree is required.
