Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and standards, and that they are delivered on time and within budget. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business process and application requirements, designing and building the applications, and configuring them to meet the specific needs of the organization. You will also be involved in testing and debugging the applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. - Design and develop applications according to the specified requirements and standards. - Configure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. - Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of application development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems. - Document the application design, development, and configuration processes. - Train end-users on how to use the applications effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Asset Management. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications using SAP technologies. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. - Experience in working with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of SAP implementation best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Asset Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - Any graduation with a minimum of 15 years of education is required.
