Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating optimized user experiences by translating design concepts to prototype solutions. Your typical day will involve working on prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of user-centered experiences, ensuring that the user's needs are at the forefront of all design decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to create innovative solutions that meet business and user needs. - Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure that the user's needs are being met. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in user experience design, and apply this knowledge to create innovative and effective solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in user research and usability testing. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers. - Strong understanding of design principles and best practices, including user-centered design and design thinking. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
