Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the review and integration of all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. - Review and integrate technical architecture requirements, providing input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. - Ensure the smooth functioning of Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other application servers like JBoss, Tomcat, etc. - Experience in reviewing and integrating all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. - Experience in reviewing and integrating technical architecture requirements, providing input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Experience in providing technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
