Summary: As a PeopleSoft Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with PeopleSoft, performing administration tasks, and ensuring system availability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the administration of PeopleSoft applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability and performance, applying expertise in PeopleSoft administration and related technologies. - Develop and implement strategies for system backup, recovery, and security, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving issues and ensuring optimal system performance. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in PeopleSoft administration and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in PeopleSoft administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with related technologies such as Oracle databases, WebLogic, and Unix/Linux operating systems. - Solid understanding of system backup, recovery, and security strategies. - Experience in providing technical support and guidance to end-users. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
