Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Veeva CRM to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Veeva CRM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for all Veeva CRM-related activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Veeva CRM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Veeva CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce.com, Apex, and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
