Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and deployed successfully, meeting the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design, develop, and test applications based on the business process and application requirements. - Configure and customize applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. - Ensure the quality and performance of the applications through thorough testing and debugging. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the applications. - Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and deployment processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management processes. - Experience in version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Knowledge of build automation tools like Jenkins or Bamboo. - Familiarity with deployment tools such as Docker or Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Configuration & Release Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
