Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and minimize the impact on business operations. - Identify and analyze trends in incidents to proactively prevent future occurrences. - Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of incidents. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL incident management processes and best practices. - Experience in managing critical incidents and driving their resolution. - Knowledge of incident management tools and systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and other IT service management processes. - Ability to analyze incident data and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
