Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using the Spring Framework. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using the Spring Framework. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications. - Ensure that applications are developed and deployed in accordance with best practices and industry standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Spring Framework. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, Hibernate, and Oracle. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in leading the development and deployment of applications. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
