Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, overseeing development activities, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application, providing technical guidance and support to the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Design and architect solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the application. - Oversee the development activities, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the application. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications, managing the project timeline and resources effectively. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance application functionality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies. - Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform services and APIs. - Experience with SAP Cloud Integration, SAP API Management, and SAP Workflow Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration. - Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Platform Extension Suite. - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration Advisor and SAP Cloud Platform Open Connectors. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based in Coimbatore. - A minimum of 15 years of education is mandatory.
