Summary: As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with SAP HCM Time Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management solutions for clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and develop code. - Configure and customize SAP HCM Time Management modules to meet client-specific requirements. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members on SAP HCM Time Management best practices and solutions. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of SAP HCM Time Management solutions, adhering to project timelines and budgets. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 2+ years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration and Organizational Management. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management functionality and configuration. - Experience in SAP HCM Time Management implementation projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment. - Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP HCM Time Management issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP HCM Time Management solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
