Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will oversee the delivery of IT production systems and services, supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle. Your role involves ensuring client satisfaction, managing risk to services, and providing operational support to keep production systems and devices online and available. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team - Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM z/OS - Strong understanding of IT service management principles - Experience in managing IT production systems and services - Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies - Familiarity with incident and problem management processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in IBM z/OS - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A degree As per Accenture Standard is required
