Your typical day will involve leading the effort to design and build applications, acting as the primary point of contact, and utilizing Agile Program Management methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Utilize Agile Program Management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile Program Management. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Experience in leading application development teams and acting as the primary point of contact for project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
