Your typical day will involve working with Pega Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications using Pega Platform to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and test plans. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Pega Platform and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Pega Platform development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodology, Java, and SQL. - Solid understanding of Pega Platform architecture and design principles. - Experience in developing and implementing Pega Platform solutions, including case management, decision management, and business process management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
