Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems or applications. - Utilize your expertise in Spring Boot and Java Enterprise Edition to accurately define client issues and design effective solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues, utilizing your knowledge of Automation in Application Development to streamline processes. - Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, utilizing exceptional communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain world-class systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Automation in Application Development, Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of application support and engineering principles. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
